Brennans Signature White Slowly Fermented

Brekkie Big Apple style. Lightly toast both sides of your Brennans Bagel and spread on some butter. Add ketchup or relish if they're your thing. Grill or fry your rashers and cook your egg however you like it, then bring them all together. Bada Bing! Your Big Apple Breakfast is served.

Gobble Gobble this up! Lightly grill your Brennans Bagel and slather both sides with cream cheese. Layer on slices of tomato, cucumber and your favourite deli-style turkey (or leftover roast turkey if you’ve got it.) Top the lot with some green leaves and get ready to gobble it all down.  

The original toastie! Make a ham and cheese sandwich (with a cheese of your choice). Butter the outside of the bread. On a medium heat, fry the bread in a frying pan until nice and golden.
