In the late 1960s Joe Brennan set out to bake fresh bread daily and started a bakery where talented individuals put their best work into the hands of thousands of people every day.

We’re seeking individuals who want to grow with us, be part of the story, and play a role in shaping the future of our bakery.

Based in our Tallaght Bakery, the main responsibility is to provide comprehensive electrical and maintenance support across the bakery. To preserve the excellent condition and functionality of business and high speed bakery through quality assessments, repairs, and preventative maintenance procedures.

The position operates on a fixed evening/night shift schedule, 5 days across 7, with weekend work included.

The Person

  • Fluent English Speaker
  • Resident locally or ability to reliably commute
  • Valid work authorisation in Ireland
  • Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of single/3-phase systems, control panels, low voltage (12-24 DC/AC), and components such as relays and contactors.
  • Ability to follow wiring diagrams and schematics; skilled in using test equipment (volt-ohmmeters, Megger) and power tools.
  • Experience with driving motors, gearboxes, conveyors
  • PLC programming
  • IT Skills: Computer literacy required for reporting and system monitoring.
